A transsexual gazes at her image in the mirror. What does she see?

Self Portrait (Decomposed) is an exploration of filmmaking as a form of ritual. This self portrait was shot in a single take, hand processed in a mint and hibiscus developer before being buried in compost between a new moon and the following full moon. While the resultant image is fractured and stained in places, it remains beautiful, sublime, transcendent.
